3. No cookies, no tracking

We set no cookies and use no analytics or advertising services. Fonts are loaded from our own server, so no data is sent to font providers.

4. Online booking via Doctolib

Our booking buttons are plain links to Doctolib. You only leave our website when you click one. Doctolib is responsible for processing your data when you book (Doctolib GmbH, Friedrichstraße 111, 10117 Berlin), and its privacy policy applies.

5. Google Maps

The map on our contact page only loads when you click “Load map”. Data, including your IP address, is then sent to Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland) and possibly to Google LLC in the USA. Transfers to the USA are based on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR, § 25 (1) TDDDG), which you give with the click and can withdraw for the future at any time by reloading the page.

6. Contact by phone or email

When you call or write to us, we process your details to answer your enquiry (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR; for health data, Art. 9 (2) (h) GDPR). Email is transmitted unencrypted. Please don’t send us health data by email.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection (Art. 15–21 GDPR), and to withdraw any consent you’ve given. Use the contact details above.
