From your first appointment to ongoing care.
First appointment
Book online via Doctolib (choose “new patient”) or by phone on 030 89 06 17 15. At reception you’ll fill in a short health questionnaire. We make a point of seeing you on time.
Diagnosis
We take a careful look at your teeth and gums and explain clearly what we see. We only take X-rays when they’re really needed.
Treatment plan
We go through your options, with pros and cons. If there’s a co-payment, you get the costs in writing first, and you decide after that.
Treatment & ongoing care
We treat as gently as possible, then look after you with regular check-ups and preventive care.
Please bring
- Your health insurance card
- Your Bonusheft (dental bonus booklet), if you have one
- A list of any medication you take
- Recent X-rays or reports, if you have them
- For children: the child’s insurance card
What does your insurance cover?
We treat patients with statutory and private insurance as well as self-payers. Here’s a general idea of what to expect. Your exact costs are always in writing before treatment.
Usually covered by statutory insurance
- Check-up twice a year
- Tartar removal once a year
- Necessary fillings
- Root canal treatment if the tooth can be saved
- Gum disease therapy once approved
- Preventive care and sealants for children
Insurance subsidy plus your share
- Crowns and bridges
- Dentures
- Restorations on implants
- Higher-grade fillings and inlays
Private services
- Professional cleaning (many insurers contribute)
- Whitening
- Veneers
- The implants themselves
- Bacteria and gene tests
- Private insurance
- We bill under the German dental fee scale (GOZ). For larger treatments you’ll get a cost plan in advance to submit to your insurer.
- Self-pay
- Without insurance, or for private services like professional cleaning and whitening, you’ll know the price before we start.
- Bonusheft
- Regular check-ups recorded in your Bonusheft increase your insurer’s subsidy towards crowns, bridges and dentures.

Will it hurt?
We treat you as gently as possible and use local anaesthetic whenever it’s needed. If you’re nervous, tell us, and we’ll explain each step before we take it.

Which insurance do you accept?
All statutory and private health insurers. Self-paying patients are welcome too.

Which languages does the team speak?
German, English and Persian.
Can I get there with a wheelchair or pushchair?
The practice is on the 4th floor, with a lift. If you need assistance, let us know when you book.
When should my child first see a dentist?
As soon as the first tooth appears, usually at around six months. Statutory insurance covers early check-ups.
How do I get to you?
Take the U7 to Adenauerplatz; it’s about two minutes’ walk from there. Buses M19, M29, 109, 110 and X10 also stop at Adenauerplatz.
How do I cancel or move an appointment?
Directly in Doctolib or by phone. Please let us know as early as you can, so another patient can take the slot.
